The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:
  1. Make ready 3 salad tomatoes
  2. Prepare 1/3 red onion

  7. Take A few basil leaves

Instructions to make Bruschetta:
  1. Pulse the red onion and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add the tomatoes to the processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
  3. Add basil leaves. You may need to decant some of the tomatoes as I only have a small food processor! Then add a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Lightly toast the bread on both sides under the grill.
  5. Assemble your bruschetta and enjoy!
