Steps to make Bruschetta:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C top-heat.

  3. Mix all the ingredience for the topping in a small bowl and season it with salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste.
  4. Take the bread out of the oven and put the topping on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
