  2. Add the chopped onions, stir it until clear in colour or the raw aroma is out.

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes into it. Stir fry it until the tomatoes are soft. Keep stirring it otherwise it could get burned, add dash of water or oil to prevent it.
  5. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper powder.

  8. Give a taste and add some salt to adjust the taste if it is required.
  9. Switch off the heat and transfer it to a plate, give a garnish of raisin, cashew nuts.
