- Clean the lady's finger and cut the top and bottom. Cut into small round pieces.
- Take the lemon sized tamarind. Clean it and add in a cup of water, squeeze well by using the finger.
- Take a frying pan do the temper of mustard seeds and red chilli by adding a teaspoon of oil.
- When it starts to split, add in tamarind juice and remaining water. Let it be boil.
- When it starts to heat add jaggery, chopped green chilli and salt.
- Now add 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Add lady's finger when the tamarind juice boiling nicely to avoid the stickiness.
- Close the lid, let it be boil 3 minutes in a high flame.
- Now open the lid and check it whether cooked or not.
- If it is enough cooked add curry leaves.
- Turn off the flame and serve along rice or chapathi.
