- Mash the scraped potatoes on low heat. Add the margerine, mayonnaise and tumeric,salt,,sugar,black pepper, and spices and stir for 20sec or so.
- Little by little add the milk as u stir to loosen the mixture.The mixture should be thick and easy to scoop. Lastly add the eggs and fold in for 3-4secs
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mashed mixture and fill the potato peels.
- Bake untill golden brown.
- Serve with buns and guacamole.
