  1. Cut the Bhindi long sizes.mostly medium bindi cut in two peace.
  2. In a pan Heat the oil & add coriander seeds cumim seeds, crackle them,put onions,let them saute.add garlic,ginger fry it until it will be transulent.
  3. Add Bhindi stir it.put turrmric, coriander chilli powder & mix it.
  4. Don't put lid upon Bhindi neither it will be black in colour.
  5. Add mango powder, when Bhindi cooks completely & looks dry.
  6. Lastly add stuffed masala in Bhindi and stir it well.it gave good taste &aroma.
