Steps to make Chicken & veggies:
- preheat oven to 375
- spray 10x13 baking dish with olive oil (any oil will do, I just prefer olive).
- in a small bowl mix together your seasoning minus the garlic salt
- place the chicken into the pan & sprinkle both sides with the seasoning. I don't measure so you may need more.
- place the veggies in the pan with the chicken (all over the place, go crazy)
- sprinkle the garlic salt over everything. add more or less according to your taste.
- bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and veggies are tender
- I serve this with cous cous but I'm sure it would be good with rice
