- CHICKEN
- season the chicken on both sides
- I leave the skin on in order to keep the chicken moist, again, your preference
- add oil to large frying pan on medium heat
- dash salt,pepper,and chilli powder over chicken
- cook 15 minutes on one side, then turn chicken over, cook another 15 minutes continue the process until done
- to see if the chicken is cooked,poke with a fork if juices run clear, it's done
- if not, continue cooking
