- Prepare 1 onion
- Make ready 1 packet spaghetti
- Take 4 tomatoes
- Take 1 / 2 tea spoon tumeric
- Make ready 2 Royco cubes
- Make ready 1 green bell pepper
- Prepare 1/4 ovacado
- Prepare 1 Coriander
- Get 60 ml cooking oil
Once the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and reserve one cup of the water in which the pasta was cooked. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water following pack instructions. Toss the avocado sauce through the pasta with the salmon and the reserved. Spaghetti squash pairs perfectly with avocado pesto!

- Boil spaghetti for 10-15 mins then drain the water.
- Fry onions till golden brown and add tomatoes then cover for 3 mins.
- Stir the tomatoes till it forms soup and add tumeric, bell pepper and royco and stir for 1-2 mins.
- Add your spaghetti and coriander an and stir for 1 min.
- Serve on a plate and add ovacado. enjoy.
