  1. Prepare 500 grams Ladyfingers (bhindi)
  2. Take 2 tbsp oil, for two batches
  3. Make ready to taste Salt
  4. Make ready 2 tablespoons gram flour
  5. Take 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoons dry mango powder
  8. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
Instructions to make Kurkuri Bhindi:
  1. Trim ladyfingers in thin slanting slices.
  2. Put the bhindi in a bowl, add salt, besan, red chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur and cumin powder and mix well with wet hands
  3. Now Drop the slices into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. But I placed half the quantity in air fryer and just pour 1tsp oil over it - then put the gadget on and set timer fr 15 minutes
  5. Same way do for the rest of the ladys fingers
  6. Serve hot with chapatis or paranthas as a side dish.
  7. Preheat your air fryer as required
