- Get oil
- Get jeera(cumin seeds)

- Take red chilli powder

- Get medium tomatoes chopped

Steps to make Bhindi Masala:
- Wash and clean the bhindi and chop and keep aside. Take a pan and take 2 tbsp oil and half fry the bhindi and remove and keep aside.
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and add jeera, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute till colour changes.
- Add all masalas and then the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add water and let it cook till tomatoes turn soft.
- Add curd, salt to taste and let it cook till oil floats.
- Add half fried bhindi to gravy and let it cook for 8-10 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with roti.
