- Prepare 1/2 kg lady finger small and soft
- Make ready 1 big onion chopped or sliced
- Prepare 1 tomato finely chopped

- Get 1 tsp Garam masala
- Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Make ready Enough oil to deep frying or 4 tbsp oil for roasting
If the masala mixture becomes dry, you can add a tbsp of water and continue cooking until tomatoes become mushy. To begin making the Bhindi Masala Gravy Recipe, make sure to first rinse and dry each Bhindi. This process is done in order to ensure that the bhindi doesn't get sticky while. When bhindi is tender and cooked, remove from stove.

- Heat enough oil in a kadai 1 inch round chopped bhindi and fry till little soft and keep out from oil and keep aside.
- Now again take the little oil and saute onion in pinkish colour then add tomato chopped and saute till mashed now add all dry masalas and add fried bhindi and carefully mix masala and keep on slow heat by putting lid saute till leaves the oil.
- Serve hot with ur dish garnish with coriander leaves or curry leaves.
Garnish with garden fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve with naan, roti, parathas or puris. Lady finger also known as Okra or Bhindi rules at my place. We all are fond of this veggie and I make it often. You can cook Bhindi (Lady Finger) in many ways.
