  1. Heat a cooker with oil add besan, saute it till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Now add all veggies and tomato except ladyfinger, add all masala add water give it 2 whistles and lower the flame for 2-3 mins.
  3. Open the lid of cooker and add lady finger add some water and boil it.
  4. For Tadka take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, green chilli, curry patta, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  5. Next pour this tadka on the top of the curry and it's ready to serve.
