- Wash the ladies finger first without cutting the edges. Pat them dry in a kitchen towel. Cut the edges and slit it and cut them in half.
- In a bowl add the ladies fingers and add all ingredients except oil and water.
- Mix them well together nicely.
- Sprinkle the water little at a time, mix well and coat the ladies finger well with the masala.
- Heat oil for frying. Drop the masala coated ladies finger in batches.
- Fry them till golden and crisp.
