- For mushroom - clean and cut the mushroom.
- Heat the oil in pan put all whole spices. Saute for minute add onion saute for minute add gingergarlic paste saute for 5minutes add tomatoes cook for 5 minutes add all powder masala cook for 2-3minutes. Let it cool. Make fine paste. Seive the puree. Heat the puree add mushroom. Let it boil.
