  1. Heat kadhai add oil fry ladyfinger
  2. In the same oil add onion saute it for 5 mins add tomato puree mix it for 5 mins cover it. Now add masala except garam masala
  3. Mix it nicely till oil get separated. Now add curd and mix it cover it for another 5 mins
  4. Add fried Bhindi. Cover it. Open it if oil separated then off the flame add garam Masala and Coriander leaf. If not cover it for another 5 mins.
