Instructions to make Bhindi Lady's Finger Besara(mustard paste):
  1. Make a fine paste, taking all the ingredients of mustard paste and rest it for 30 minutes at least to remove the bitterness of mustard paste. Actually adding salt to paste and resting the fresh paste, removes the bitterness.
  2. Chop each bhindi, in 1 1/2 inch size. Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai. Add chopped bhindi, mix and sauté. Add salt and turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame and then cook covered for 3 minutes, till the bindi cooked. Remove the fried bhindi to a plate.
  3. In the same kadhai,heat the remaining oil. Add and splutter ponch phutan,add chopped onion green, red chilli powder amchur powder and saute till onion translucent.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt and chilli powder and cook till tomatoes are mushy and soft.
  5. Next add the prepared mustard paste and 1 cup water. Mix well and allow to boil. Then add the fried bhindi and potato,cover and cook coved for 2 minutes.
