- Add 2 tbspn oil and fry the okra till the stickiness disappears. Keep aside.
- Heat a kadai add 2 tbspn oil add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal and chanadhal. Saute till golden.
- Add curry leaves,onion and salt. Saute till golden brown.
- Now add the spices, turmeric and red chilli powder. Then add okra and mix well.
- Cover and cook if needed without adding water. After it's done add coriander leaves and coconut. Mix well.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and and curry.
