Hindi: bhindi Also called as okra and gumbo in the rest of the world, ladyfingers are had best when cooked fresh. Clean the bhindi with a moist cloth. Make a slit in each of the pieces so the masala gets applied.

  1. In a pan add oil
  2. Add onion
  3. Add green chillies
  4. Stir it
  5. Add ladyfinger, stir it
  6. Add salt,lal mirch,haldi and dhaniya powder
  7. Stir it
  8. Cover it on slow flame
  9. After 10 minutes check if ladyfinger become soft,add amchur and garam masala
  10. Ready to serve
