- Take the ladyfingers and cut them in to the big pieces. Make sure lady fingers should be dry. Keep them aside. Now take the gram flour,add little salt now add water and make thick and smooth batter,whip for 2-3 minutes. Batter is ready, keep it aside.
- In a wide pan,add mustard, now add cumin seeds, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste add chilli paste and mix well. Now add turmeric powder,chopped onion and mix it well. Now add chopped lady fingers and salt. Mix it well and make flame to lowest and cook it for 10 minutes.
- In between stir sabji for even cooking. Now bhindi is soft. Move all the bhindi in to the center. Now pour gram flour batter around the bhindi (In a circle direction). Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till the gram flour is fully cooked.
- After 4 minutes gram flour has been cooked.Now break the gram flour in a small pieces and mix. Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, dry, dry mango powder, garam masala and mix it well and cook it for 2 more minutes. Now garnish with the chopped coriander leaves
