  2. Now shallow fry Bhindi and onion and keep them aside.

Put a kadai on flame add oil and put chopped onion, cook it till it turns light brown add spices and stir it for a while then add tomato puree and cook it for some time add curd and then again cook for some time. Then add Bhindi, onion and tomato pieces add salt and cook it for two three minutes and Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready.
  4. Serve it hot hot paratha, naan or simple chapati.
