- Then take a blender and put the cheena one cup of dust sugar also add one teaspoon of cardamom powder and and a little milk blended then again add a little bit of milk then again blended to make a smooth find batter
- Take a glass bowl grease the bowl with oil and put the batter into it. Over the batter spread some strands of kesar, broken cashews and broken almonds on top of the batter. Before putting it into the kadai tap the glass bowl to set
- Now take a kadai and three cups of water put an iron stand it over the kadai with lid and preheat on a medium flame for 5 minutes then place the glass bowl on the iron stand.
- Make the glass flame on a low to medium. And beke the batter for 20 minutes. Now with the help of a toothpick prick it into the batter and see whether it's completely baked or not if it's not baked then cover the lid and bake it for another 10 minutes.
- Let it cool then take out the baked Sandesh out of the bowl. And make square peice and put it into the refrigerator for 2hrs and serve the icecream Sandesh.
