It's like the most delicious fish curry ever, on par with our own Indonesian style fish head curry. Combine the tamarind pulp and water and leave to soften, then strain. Coat the fish pieces in flour mixed with a little turmeric. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces until lightly coloured.

- add in Water, bring to boil; add in Vegetables, cook for 3 minutes, add in fish and squid Cook for 15 Minutes
- Added salt / fish sauce to taste (add in sugar for Extra flavor)
