- Add fried pieces of meat and cook.Remove meat and add rice.
- Add the stock and cook until rice is almost soft but still in grains.
- Add sliced onions,sweet pepper,carrot and steam until onions and the rest are cooked.
- N.B:This method of cooking pilaf rice is suitable when cooking small quantities.
