These Blueberry Muffins are my absolute favorite. They have a soft, tender bite, with a crunchy Not milk mixed with vinegar. I have used the latter in a pinch but the real stuff is definitely better. These are the best blueberry muffins ever!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease your muffin tins.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar and oil until smooth. Then add in vanilla, baking soda, vinegar and salt.
  3. Mix in sour cream then mix in the flour last followed by blueberries. Place 2 tablespoons of the muffin batter in cupcake pans and top with a teaspoon or two of the filling then add another tablespoon of batter on top. Bake 15-22 minutes until golden brown.

Trust me, I have been working on this recipe for weeks! These muffins have an extra blueberry kick to them. Not only are they stuffed with those cute. I don't usually make stuff like: traditional chocolate chip cookies, regular apple pie, simple blueberry muffins. That's because I like to mix things up.
