- Get 2 cup Pasta, cooked al dente (use your favorite kind)
- Take 1 Sour Cream (optional) for top

- Cut raw chicken into 1" pieces
- Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken to hot oil & cook for 1 min, turn once & cook for another 1 min.
