The ingredients needed to make Pavbhaji Fondue:
  1. Take 1/4 cup butter
  2. Get 4 tsp garlic paste
  3. Get 2 cups chopped onion
  4. Make ready 1 cup chopped green capsicum
  5. Get 3 cups chopped red ripe tomatoes
  6. Take 6 tsp Everest pavbhaji masala
  7. Prepare 6 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Take 2 cups grated cheese
  9. Get 1 cup milk
  10. Get to taste Salt
  11. Prepare 4 tbsp fresh cream
  12. Prepare To serve :
  13. Prepare Herbs/Garlic/Olive bread loaves bread toasted pieces
Instructions to make Pavbhaji Fondue:
  1. Melt butter in nonstick kadhai,add garlic paste,saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and capsicum pieces and stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes pieces,add 4 tbsp water,mix..
  3. Cook till tomatoes pieces are tender, in between mashing and stirring occasionally.
  4. Now add pavbhaji masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder,salt to taste mix and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool for 5 mins.
  6. Add milk and grated cheese,mix and blend it coarsely in mixer grinder jar.
  7. Pour the blended mixture back into kadhai. Add fresh cream,mix and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Cut 1/2" pieces from herbs; garlic, olive bread loaves. Apply 1-2 tsp butter on them (with hand by mixing method)
  9. Toast them in Airfryer for 4-5 mins on 180 temperature.
  10. Transfer prepared Pavbhaji Fondue into Fondue Pot. Serve/ Relish Hot Pavbhaji Fondue with Toasted bread pieces.
