- Once bhaji starts boiling, add butter & cheese & mix well. Cook for few minutes so that cheese & butter incorporated well. Spare little cheese for garnish.
- Transfer bhaji to fondue pot at the time of serving. Garnish with cheese and onions, serve with herb bread.
