  4. Heat a cooker cover it with lid remove whistle and preheat for 10 mnt on low flame. After 10 mnt place mould into cooker cover it with lid and cook for 40 mnt on low flame.
  5. Take a water in a pan and boil place the bowl on it add 1 spn oil,1 tbsp cocoa powder,1 tbsp powered sugar and mix well.
  6. When cake is cooked demould it when cool completely. Remove top layer and add ganache on cake and spread evenly and keep it in freeze for 10-15 mnt.
  7. Heat a pan and add 2tbsp sugar and caramelized it. Add 2 spn chopped almonds and mix well and cook for 1-2 mnt.
  8. Now dust cocoa powder on cake and garnish with caramelized almonds.
