- Crush biscuits in plastic bag takes me about 5mins with rolling pin.You can use a food processor but leave the crumbs chunky. Line an 8 by 12 inch tray with baking paper.
- Add cocoa and sugar in pot, mix and add milk and butter. Heat, Keep stirring bring to boil.
- Take pot off heat, then add all other ingredients except egg. Mix then add egg mix again.
- Put into tray. Put tray in fridge for an hour or so to set. Take out and ice.
- Use your favourite chocolate icing: Mine is 2 cups of icing sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 dessertspoon butter, and a little boiling hot water. Mix alltogether until u get a spreadable consiatancy
- Cut into slices.
