- Make ready 3 Tbs flour
- Make ready 2 Tbs corn flour
- Take 1 egg
- Make ready Oil for frying
Instructions to make Chiken Manchurian:
- Sab se pehly hand wash krlen or Bismillah prhlen InShAllah Barkat b hogi or lazzat b.
- Chicken or cubes mai kaateln
- Namak, Kaali mirchen safed mirchen add kren
- Soy sauce, vinegar, or lehsan ka paste add kren
- Adhy ghnty k lye dhak k rkhden
- Meda, corn flour or anda shamil kr k achy se mix krlen
- Oil garam krlen us k baad 1-1 peice ko dalen or fry kren.. Halki aanch mai 10 mins tk fry krna hai jb golden brown hojye to nikaal Len.
- Greavy tayyar krny k lye sb se pehly Shmila mirch,pyaaz,hara pyaaz ko kaatlen green part or white part ko alag alag rkhen. Lehsan or hari mirch ko b bareek chopp kr Len.
- Pateeli mai oil garam kr k lesan ko daleen or golden brown krlen sth mai hi hari Mirch daal len
- Or ab is mai Shimla or pyaaz or white part dalden spring onion ka daalden
- Sath mai hi namak,Kali mirch, sAfed mirch dalden
- Laal mirchen, cheeni or chicken cube daalden
- Chilli sauce,soy sauce, oyester sauce or sirka dalden
