- Take 400 ml milk and resuce it half now add sugar 12 to 14 tbsp and cook until it melt and start thickening dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in cold milk and add in milk mixture cook until it become thick like condensed milk keep this milk mixture in refrigerator
- Cook 4 mango chunks with 1 tbsp sugar until all water dries keep them refrigerate.
- Now take out blender blend 1 pack of tetra pak milk cream 200 ml of milk mixture
- And mango chunks together until become like a consistent mixture keep this mixture in airtight box in refrigerator for 6 hrs after 6 hrs beat again in blender or with egg beater repeat this process for 2 to 3 times and rrfrigerate it for 24 hrs.
