- Make peury of mango chunks by blending it with sugar in a blender. Take it out in a pan and cook it till it becomes a shiny paste, now strain this.
- Peel of banana cut them into pieces and refrigerate it for 1hr.
- In blender add mango peury, banana, milk powder, cream and colour and then blend these together.
- Pour this in an air tight container and freeze it for 2hrs, after 2hrs take it out & beat it with a help of a fork.
- Put a butter paper or plastic wrap over it and close the lid then put it in your deep freezer for 9hrs. When it gets done, serve it with mango chunks and waffers.
